Northern Vietnam 3 Stars Hotels

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, as if brand new, and the view of Ha Long Bay was jaw-dropping.

Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.

This facility is a magnificent choice as a base to visit all the interesting sites in Ninh Binh. The rooms are large with excellent beds. The staff were kind, efficient and willing to help beyond expectations.

I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.

Very closed to the Bridge easy access

Absolutely amazing place! Every detail was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the rooms were wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved having bikes available to explore the area, and the location was perfect. But what made our stay truly special were the owners. Such a sweet, kind couple! My daughters absolutely loved them! They made us feel so welcome and made our experience even more memorable. We would love to come back!

The staff here was very helpful and courteous. The room was very nice and clean as well.

Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.

Very helpful front desk staff with all my questions and needs! Manager very knowledgeable and also very helpful! House Keeping did a good job and friendly! Breakfast was good with Very Friendly staff! Would recommend and will return in future

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Ms Cindy was helped us call to the agent to get pick up and he also let the driver know about our trip because She made thousand guests happy with his tour arround Hanoi or Ha Lonh Bay, Sapa villeage. We will come back here. Thanks!

Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and...

The staff were amazing, caring, and total pros. Our massage was great, they have laundry service, and there were many delicious food and drink options. The hotel is charming, cozy and fun.

This hotel is situated within walking distance to many interesting tourist and local spots. The staff here are extremely kind and helpful. Room cleanups are just excellent. Upon my last day of checkout, the staff knew I didn't have breakfast so they surprisingly prepared a small breakfast box that I could take with me to the airport and also a small gift of Vietnamese coffee! I would stay here again.

I was sick for my entire stay and the owner is so kind. She brought food to my room and helped me with my baggage. The grounds are gorgeous and relaxing. I’ll have to go back when I’m not sick. cám ơn lavender homestay. You are truly good people.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Amazing service, amazing staff, and great room. Will definitely be back!

Clean room and friendly staffs, and great Korean restaurants around, It located right next to the school and you will hear music/noise in the morning. The hotel features clean rooms and friendly staff who welcomes. There are also excellent Korean restaurants right around the corner. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a school, so you will hear music and noise in the morning. It wasn't an issue for us, but early morning sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
