This hotel was an absolute highlight! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we got here. The rooms are large, extremely clean and the shower area is wonderful! The breakfast is 10/10 (we loved the banana pancakes) We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would reccomend this to anyone. All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable! Lovely area and lovely people.

We had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and attentive to us. Their English was very good. We got massages there and was one of the best we have had. We did some sightseeing and they booked our cars for that and to the airport. I can’t say enough about their top class hospitality. The food on sight was amazing as well. One of our favorite places on our vacation.

First time traveling to Vietnam and booking a stay through Expedia so I was very skeptical, especially when I work in hospitality. However. Trang An Ecorest Resort exceeded my expectation, by a lot!!! Property is beautiful and seclude in a corner of the alley so it was nice and quiet. What impress me most is how wonderful and accommodating the staff was. Very responsive to my questions and requests, before I even set foot on their property to check in. I already recommended this property to my family and will definite stay again if I ever travel to Ninh Binh again! Kudos to everyone there!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order eggs and crepes as well as a pho noodle option. I usually had an omelette and/or a banana crepe with chocolate sauce. Both were very good. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed cooking off after a hot day touristing. I missed having a safe and fridge in the room. The room had a musty smell that was improved with new bedding. Our “mountain view” room was right up against the rock face so maybe that created a dampness. Our shower was a wet room with the shower in the middle between the toilet and the sink, so most of the floor was wet water a shower.

This hotel/resort is everything we expected. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent, always at hand and friendly. We were due to depart Ninh Binh by the overnight train and, while a late check out wasnt available, the staff managed to find us a shower to use before we departed. Thanks! While staying here, we enjoyed the pool, pool table and dining area but most of all we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of this resort.

Resort grounds were serene & lush with vegetation. The room was good but didn't like the shower right by the toilet. After showering the entire bathroom floor was wet, especially the toilet. The breakfast was basic but fresh & made to order eggs & crepes. The biggest bonus was they had free bikes & scooters for rent at a very cheap price. Location was very central to all attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.
