「The temperature in his room was very high, but they said there was nothing they could do because the boss was not at home. There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. Very bad experience」

「This is our second stay at the resort and we enjoyed this as much as we did last time. Clean room. Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful view. And even in the off season so welcoming. Hands down Townsend is the hidden jewel of the Smokies. And Tremont Lodge and Resort is the shimmer in that jewel.」

「The staff was so nice and friendly. They helped us with any requests. The whole place was very clean and had that rustic charm I was looking for. The view of the river plus the fireplace made it so special for a winter getaway. It has free parking and breakfast included. The food was perfect. We walked everywhere since all places are so close by. Would 100% recommend and go back ourselves and stay there every time.」

「Everyone nice. Rooms are nice for the price and not being "corporate." This is definitely a family owned place, thus, the reason for staying here in comparison to giving money to corporate. Some issues with keyless entry and elevator but not a deal breaker. Some rooms are getting renovated.」

「Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2...

「The place isn't perfect but it's exactly what you pay for with a beautiful property, friendly staff and a great location right on the strip. Easy parking. By biggest gripe is that they end breakfast too early. Lol」
