I especially liked that there was no clutter of knick knacks and such; it was a cool, homey, and minimalist vibe. I appreciated the guest manual as it was straightforward and full of actually useful information. We were located quite close to local activities and really enjoyed the scenic routes through the Smokey Mountains. The communication from the host/management team was clear and consistent. A perfect location for a family getaway!"
