「People were great, room was nice but needed work, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was NOT FREE. When going to get bf at 9:30 on our last day there, we were told we were too late. We bought tickets for breakfast but could not use them. I guess we learned. Other than that, we lined this hotel and its location. 」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. 」

「The decor is beautiful, the room was bigger than I imagined it would be, and the staff was very helpful. I unfortunately had a run in with another guest in the bar while watching football. The staff eventually called the police to handle this individual and staff was extremely helpful and apologetic to me, making sure my experience was still satisfying. Rest assured, we already have plans to visit again. 」

「The Plaza Hotel was such a wonderful surprise. We loved everything about it! We had dined at the restaurant before, and are so happy to now have stayed at the hotel. What a beautiful, historic and well-run property. Our room was so spacious, well appointed and had everything needed for even a much longer stay. They thought of everything! The location is wonderful as well -easily walkable and street parking was accessible. We loved it and would not stay anywhere else in Milwaukee from here on...
