Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast there or utilize the bar. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.

Here’s a balanced review that highlights both the problems and the positive experience with Tanya: Our stay was disappointing overall. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room, and the night staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. During our stay, one of the elevators broke, which meant we had to walk a considerable distance and use another elevator. The hotel was also uncomfortably warm throughout, including the guest rooms and hallways, making it difficult to relax. Another surprise was that breakfast was not included with the room, and the price was much higher than expected. The one bright spot of our stay was Tanya. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to assist us and made us feel like she cared about our experience. Her excellent customer service stood out and was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the issues with the room, staff response, elevator, temperature, and expensive breakfast outweighed the positives. We hope the hotel addresses these concerns because it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.
