「Staff was very helpful with all my requests. The room had all the space i needed for my clothes. The bathroom needed some hand towels. Had difficulty the first night with the parking logistics. The main entrance was chained. Had to park through the back. It was dark and not easy to find the entrance. I suggest more lights.」

「Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba...

「Todo muy limpio el Res. Proseres del hotel muy bueno, sólo recomendaría instalar cisterna de agua ya qué una nache no hubo por problemas del gobierno. Lo recomiendo y vuelvo. El dueño y empleados son muy amables.」

「Internet connection only on day 1. Walking distance to a beautiful and enchanting beach, close enough to the city, but not right in the middle of it. Hot water, nice a/c. Staff was not present all the time, but that works for me as I prefer peace & quiet. Nice place.」

「The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us.」

「The room was overall okay for my stay. It was very spacious and had all the necessities and extra like paper plates and plastic forks which were very useful. It's definitely a place just to crash for sleeping rather than hanging out in. The walls are a bit thin so you hear shuffling occasionally throughout the night from other people but nothing too bad. The outside area was very nice with the ocean view and the chairs placed out to watch the beautiful shore. However, my main complaint would be...

「La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.」

「Make sure to have managers overnight phone number before they closed the reception because we had a situation after midnight and they were unavailable to help. They say that the overnight manager phones number was on reception and guess what?? Was closed. We were unable to get phones number. Hopefully another guest help with the situation. The place is great.」
