「Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London! 」

「The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. 」
