Excellent. Great Air Cond...cold room! Very quite. Great breakfast and excellent restauraunt for dinner. Great wait staff. Right next to Paddington station (across the street). Highly recommemded.

The rooms were clean and comfy with air conditioning. Desk staff very helpful. The location right across from Paddington Station was perfect for getting to the airport. Would definitely make a return trip to the hotel.

This hotel was clean and very quiet. We stayed here in March of 2026. The beds were very comfortable and I like how they had two separate kid beds. The location was perfect for our stay. I really liked having the train station across the street. A bonus was finding two grocery stores inside the train station along with a cute Paddington retail store and sculpture of the bear. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future.

New hotel and very clean, well finished and good air con (which was very welcome during the heatwave!). Nice on site restaurant and bar and excellent location - just across the road from Paddington so very convenient for Heathrow. The area around has been significantly re-developed and now has a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as canal side walks. Convenient connections to central London (10-20 mins) via Elizabeth line or underground. Rooms are not massive but comfortable and decent value for this part of London.

We loved our stay. Multiple key swipes had us feeling very safe with our family. Breakfast at the hotel was great, and of course amazing location (especially for Elizabeth Line from Heathrow and all around the city on Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Circle, etc.). A small recommendation would be to send a staff member out front a couple times a day to pickup snack/food rubbish, as it collected around the doors. But great service with clean rooms, hallways, and helpful staff. Thank you!

We had room 238 I THINK and it was a quad room, but it was super tight. It was the smallest of the room we stayed at in our England trip. We stayed in all Premier Inns in our 14 day trip throughout England and this one, the room was super small. However, the location, location, location made up for it. AND not all rooms are small. I traveled with my sister and her family whom also got a quad room and theirs was a normal room like the rest we’ve stayed at. This hotel has the Paddington station directly in front of it so it’s super convenient to get the airports express train from there and super cheap if you buy it ahead. We left from there back to USA and purchased our tix the day before for a much cheaper price. Kids were free! Also the AirPort Express train leaves straight from there and no need to catch other trains. If going for the first time, I highly recommend staying in this hotel during your London trip. I like that this area restaurants and shops close late. Most stayed open till midnight or 11pm.

Clean, safe and very convenient to London sights. And the staff are amazing. They searched high and low for our granddaughter’s lost stuffed dog and helped with booking questions. We are telling all our friends what a great hotel is Premier Inn London Paddington. Did I mention the great staff?
