"Excellence hotel / room, dining service and food was ok"

"A quiet oasis in the middle of bustling Osaka. Very conveniently connected to a train station and tons of great eating places within walking distance. I enjoyed the pool for lane swim in the morning. There is a small extra charge but well worth it. Breakfast was amazing for quality with a mix of Japanese and international options. Only change I would suggest is opening the pool a lot earlier as it's hard to fit a solid workout in before breakfast closes at 9:30am 🙂"

"The room was large enough for a family of 3 plus 3 huge suitcases and 2 hand luggage. The dining table is big enough to fit 6 to 8 people comfortably. I liked that the wardrobe space was big enough to hang our clothing and so we could close our suitcases. The toilet and bathroom is separated which is good and there is a washing machine and dryer which dries the clothes fast. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great accommodation within 5min walk to Kurumon markets and 12min to Dotonbori."

"The reception staff was great she was easy to talk to in English and definitely knowledgeable on the area and had some good suggestions. The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room."

"This hotel is a must if you are traveling with young children and a family. We traveled with our 17 month old son and we loved the use of the playroom and the use of the common kitchen eating area. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Ricardo was so friendly and helpful at check in, we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Another wonderful thing of the hotel was the location. Walking distance to every thing and having the food court next door and breakfast ( for a small fee) at the hotel was much appreciated. We would hands down recommend this amazing hotel!"

"This hotel is very convenient located, close to everything, shopping, dining, transportation and the major street Dotonbori. I use this hotel every time I come to Osaka."

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."
