"There’s a laundry service with a fee on the 11th floor with water dispenser. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Difficult to operate remotes as it’s in Japanese. The doors of the loo are disgusting. "

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"The hotel is very good, just we got by surprise that we were not allowed to used swimsuits or have tattoos to used the facilities, sauna and hot springs. Tattoos needs to be cover with patches . "

"The room is clean, but the front office staff weren’t very friendly and they weren’t very accommodating. I felt that they did not care for foreigners. I saw that they were more gentle with Japanese customers more than foreigners. The breakfast buffet was OK. I feel like they didn’t stock up quickly. "

"Loved it. Got to feel like I had my own apartment to come back to after experiencing the city. Host was very quick to respond with any weird issues I had and had very detailed notes on how to get in. Will definitely look at coming back."
