The room was very clean, AC unit worked very well as even though we went in October it was still warm. Right by one of the Metro stations. Staff was always very helpful. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Many restaurants and shops around.

Koko chains are awesome. Great staff and very helpful. Someone always speaks English and even if they don’t they will do what they can. Great amenities and always clean. Location is awesome too.

Check in was a little bumpy (at no fault of the hotel) because the name on my reservation was written in hiragana. Other than that, check in was great! We were in the residence tower. The building and elevator were secured with our room key and the room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator and microwave was helpful. Also had a stove, which we didn’t use. 7-11 right in the building. Awesome location. Several train/metro entrances super close. Namba and Dotonbori within walking distance. Highly recommend. Would definately stay there again.

The hotel is new and clean. Staying at the residence tower is a good choice as it comes with a washing machine and small kitchen. Great for family with kids. Location is very good as it's near to the station and shopping places. Will stay here again if I visit Osaka again.

Excellent Stay for Families

We stayed in a family room at the Residence Tower and were really impressed with how spacious it was. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the station, which made getting around so easy. Breakfast was lovely, with a variety of fresh and different options each day. We also really appreciated the warm and attentive service. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Overall a pleasant stay! The room was clean and modern, stocked with amenities. The hotel was up to date and clean. It was in a good spot and walking distance to Dotonbori, with nearby shops. There was a 24-hour 7-11 right next door. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with great options and they were very accommodating to my children. Laundry on one of the lower floors was easy to work and convenient to have. Hotel also has a QR code in the room for their preferred luggage forwarding service which we utilized to transport our luggage to our last hotel. Overall very happy with our stay here!

Love the location. Right next to 7/11 and next to Nippombashi station. Walkable to Namba station underground where all the shops are but it can be quite a walk esp with the luggage. The pillow and bed were comfortable and the place clean. Pretty good size room considering there have been smaller rooms we have stayed at. A little narrow to walk around the beds esp with luggage. However, don’t expect bottles of water like the other hotels we’ve stayed at. But there’s a kettle. There were room slippers, body wash, shampoo n conditioner. Average, clean and value for money hotel.

Family stay

Good location with lots to offee near by. Our room was in the residence tower so our room was meant to be cleaned every third day. It was only cleaned on the third day (not 6th or 9th). We had to visit main tower for new towels etc as when we rang, they wouldn't come to us.
