Super convenient and close to Dontonbori shopping area. Close to a supermarket too if you need snacks. The onsen/ hot springs area is quite small but does the job after walking all day. You get to enjoy free popsicles at the end of the night.

This property is located in a perfect area for sightseeing and enjoying various dining experiences. We really loved this hotel and the public bath available at night. It was a great way to relax our bodies after a full day of walking.

This hotel was great! Nice staff and facilities. Dotonbori is only a few minutes away you can easily go by foot. We highly recommend you this hotel, there's is a family mart just next door with a door conecting to it and they help you with sending luggage to your next hotel! 10/10

Great hotel. When were went, there was no full cleaning room service, which didn’t really bother me. Rooms seemed a bit older and could smell cigarette smoke a little bit, but I got nose blind to it quickly. So incredibly close to Dotonbori. KUROMON market is very walkable. Free ice desserts were amazing. Breakfast was my good. No complaints about it. My partner used the onsen, she liked it.

A good option for the price. Walkable to the popular areas and super clean. Staff were great! Star docked because they had THE WORST pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel and charge for better ones. Seemed pretty ridiculous. You’d be better off with a rock for a pillow than the ones they provide. Overall a good experience minus the pain in my neck.

Thiw hotel is fantastic! The room was beautiful and they allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after check-out (we had a late afternoon train). There's also a spa (which we unfortunately didn't get to use because we were only there for one night) and an indoor passageway to the convenience store next door. It was fantastic, my wife and daughter's dream. The only small issue was that we were three guests but the room amenities were only for two. When I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any available. The location is excellent, close to Dotonbori. Highly recommended!

Convenient 3ish star hotel

It is near dotouburi and Shinsaibashi area and 2 train stations. Facing the main road makes it easier and safer to locate late at night. We like the public bath amenity which is opened even at midnight. We did not use the free ramen offered in the night. The experience is adversely affected by a rude staff (a bespectacled Chinese lady) when we enquired about the PIN required for the usage of the female public bath.

Good but Onsen is not Tattoo Friendly

The onsen is not tattoo friendly. My partner and I booked this hotel specifically because of the on site onsen. Knowing that tattoos are still not allowed in lots of places I checked their website and couldn't see any mention of a tattoo ban. When we went to use the onsen on our first night we noticed the signs up on the door. Other than the onsen the hotel is ok, good location and reasonably comfortable. The room was a weird set-up as the entry doubles as the bathroom but is also carpeted? They do have a freezer full of free ice cream though, which is a nice touch!

The room isn't big enough for 4 adults. There were only 2 tiny single beds with 2 small futon size mattresses that we pulled from inside a storage space. There was hardly any room for luggages or to move around. We booked for 4 people, but the room was only big enough for 2!!! Hardly any communication from staff. Our check in and out was done via kyosk. Not recommended at all.

朝食は楽しみにしていたので しかも朝並ぶこともなくしっかり頂けて良かったです。 夜鳴きそばもおいしかったです。 ただ 夜は大浴場に入らせていただけたので良かったのですが、朝洗顔するのに朝から大浴場はコチラの時間都合もあるのですがはいれないので、 部屋の洗面台のアメニティーか受付に必要な人むけに洗顔料、化粧水ぐらいはあれば嬉しかったです。下のコンビニに買いに行けたので事足りてはいたのですが１回分だけ欲しかった
