The location is great for what we needed- a quiet place but with the convenience of a grocery store just in front of the hotel and restaurant options nearby; and also close enough to walk to the bustling city center of the Shibuya Crossing Scramble. Since we stayed over the new year holiday, many restaurants were closed during that period, so the staff worked hard to find a restaurant that met our preferences and helped make reservations for us at the last minute. Overall great service!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall we had a very pleasant stay! The hotel staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The room was decent. A few little bits of wear and tare. But overall it was a comfortable stay. The only issue we had were the the pillows were very soft for us. Thank you Red Roof Inn & Suites!

The hotel staff was great, clean towels and water everyday. Kind front desk staff. Safe. The only issues we had were the beds were so hard it hurt our backs making walking the next day brutal, and the pillows as many reviews say, too thin. Renting additional pillows seems like a money grab but you’ll need it. Also found the bathroom door was not a door, it was more a room divider and sharing a room with someone, get ready to hear everything.
