The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The location was close the many restaurants, train station and convenient stores. Check-in/out was easy as well, and having to store my luggage there for a half day after I checked out was very helpful due to my flight time. Overall, I would recommend.

We stayed 4 nights with our Daughter. The place has great connectivity with Osaka loop line and metro. Place is quiet and safe. Kitchen was well equipped and although it was self-checkin but there will be attender helping out in business hours. Nice stay. Always prefer their stay for Japan.

Travelling as a group of 4 and the hotel room was super clean. On days where there was room cleaning, everything was replenished and in tip top shape when coming back and most adorably, any plushies were tucked in with the beds made.

Love the location, metro station is only 2 minutes walk and JR rail station is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient, 7 Eleven, Family Mart and Lowson just opposite each other. The apartment hotel is very clean and spacious. It’s has everything, kitchen, dining table, sofa and washing machine. The price is very good, cheaper than other hotel. Stayed 2 nights family of 4. We had great time in this hotel. Definitely will book again next time in Osaka.

The room was big and clean. The beds were comfortable and slept well every night. Our late night check in was quick and easy - a link was sent ahead of our stay to provide guest information and photo of passport to make the check in process seamless for when we arrived at the hotel. A great location with Tsuruhashi station exit just outside of the hotel. There’s plenty to eat in the area and three convenience stores to choose from just minutes walk from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Very good hotel. Close to subway. There are abundant good dining around. Family mart is across the street. There is no staff at reception. All are done electronically- code to enter the hotel and room key code. Same as check in and check out - via ipad.

If you want to skip out of the high tourist area and still have a clean and updated place to stay, this is the place. Stations are 4 minutes away. The place is very clean. It comes with a full functional kitchen with all the basic dishware to prepare any meal. There is even a cloth washer. The sleeping quarters are generous. Ours had 4 beds and still with generous walking area. The location offers plenty of local eating options, but best if you speak the language. These are where the locals dine. Plenty of grocery markets as well. I strongly recommend this place for extended stay and or when you need to escape the high touristy environment. Its very well priced. I loved it.

Steps away from the Osaka circle line and a subway station. Train noise is present but did not bother us. Extremely light sleepers might have an issue with the location. Check-in and out is done by tablet at front desk. No problems at all. Staff are present during daytime hours,very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious for Japan. There was room for a table but there was none. A little disappointed but made do with the tiny side table and coffee table.
