The staff was kind, theres earing places right outside the hotel, the hotel was clean, they refilled our towels amd robes almost every night a new bag was hung on our door. Washer and dryer on 7th floor and microwave and vending machines. Station for train is right outside the hotel! Loved it! They provide so much in the room to use!!!!!!! Our room was small but it worked since we only had the two of us. The shower looks small but the water os full blast strong nice ans hot water. "
