「A/c in the room was terrible. Call maintenance around 2AM because we couldn't sleep. Maintenance messed with thermostat left saying give it time to cool down. Around 10am we called agin. A different maintenance man came. Put the order in. Said they know the a/c isn't working properly don't know why they booked that room. Buffet was terrible. They have them nights. 「Hotel is alright. Its split in two so for some things you have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly only in the fancier restaurant staff was great! Everything is old such as towels, sheets with stains, no mat for bathroom. We had to use our hand towel. NO WI-FI in rooms was a big one for us. Food and drinks decent. 「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room.
