The staff was very accommodating held our bags until our room was ready and also kept us up to date on the progress. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Next time I am in San Juan I will book another stay. 」

We didn’t arrive until 4:30 am to check in. Truely grateful for the hotel staff understanding. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. 」

「Very cool place, industrial minimalist design. Extremely friendly staff, welcoming. Great location in Santùrce. Couple blocks to a prefect beach. Only way I'd enjoy it more is if smoking were allowed on the beautiful upstairs deck. Nobody seemed to go up there, but we had to stand on the street corner to smoke. No big deal and the place is awesome」
