"Check in was 2 hours after 4pm (said time of check in). Resort itself was nice, room was nice and clean (minus the random pills left on the window sill and Tupperware in the fridge that said “ to Bentley, love Mom). Everything is crazy expensive - breakfast for 2 adults (no drinks except water) was $110. Drinks by the pool… minimum $20 for a cocktail. $17 if it was a virgin cocktail. We had a sick child in the room and needed new sheets and towels and it took 9 calls to “guest services” to finally send someone up over an hour later.. which they brought A sheet and 3 towels for the 4 of us. The pool sever we had was great - super sweet! The elevator is terrible… apparently the staff use the same ones (only 2 for 11 floors) so there was ALWAYS a long wait. Tried to go to the “concierge” to find excursions and all we got was “well you should just do this one because I get a commission”… ya, not happening. There is also nothing in walking distance and any “snacks” you need are priced through the roof. Although I say all this negative stuff… please know that I let a lot of things slide but there were just too many. Resort itself was very nice and we were pleased with our room in general "

"For the price u dont really get view for the kids if u stay back of the property even though they claim that as a partial view.. dont stay on the 2 nd floor .. no view"

"Was there fro six nights, two days out if the six I did not have housekeeping. By the time I returned st night it was too late to do anything about it. Disappointed. Room for improvement. "

"The property was clean and the staff was helpful. My only complaint is the unexpected extra fees — there’s a $48 per day “day use” charge for access to the pool and fitness center, which felt excessive. Additionally, valet parking is $58 per day, and since there’s no self-parking available on the property, it’s not really optional. "

"This set up at the beach was excellent. I wish there was more seating at the pool, but they did the best they could with the room that they have. And the room was slightly outdated and not super clean."

"The property in general is very nice. The room was clean and quiet. It is located in the heart of FTL beach…which is nice because you can walk almost anywhere to grab some food and cocktails. "
