Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: Es war dreckig, mit Schimmelsporen an den Fenstern. Das Mobiliar war stark abgenutzt, die Türen hatten verfaultes Holz. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, und der Gesamteindruck war sehr heruntergekommen. Zudem sind die Parkplätze extrem begrenzt, und in Fort Lauderdale ist das Parken generell eine Katastrophe, da die Gebühren sehr hoch sind. Man wird nicht klar über die Kosten informiert, und wenn man keinen Parkplatz bekommt, findet man in der Umgebung kaum eine bezahlbare Alternative. Ich vergebe hier null von fünf Sternen.

The floor didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. There was no fire detector in the room just board hanging from the ceiling of where it was supposed to be. There was only one sliding door for the shower so when you showered the bathroom got wet. Everything was dusty. The shower mat in the bathroom had not been changed/cleaned. The walls were dirty.

If I could choose “0” stars I would. From the moment we arrived we realized the pictures in the listing may have been edited. We arrived at 3 to drop off our luggage and were only going to be there for a few minutes. There was no parking at all. The guy at the front desk offered we could park our car in the courtyard which I thought was unusual. We checked in, there was construction going on and painting in the office. It was a mess in there. I got the keys and went up to the room and there was a strange broken vending machine, an eye sore, sitting in the center of the courtyard. The building look in need of patch repair and paint. Our front door of unit 9 looked like it had been kicked in. The room smelled of mold. We dropped our stuff off and had to rush out to our appointment. We came back around 11pm and tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. I began to examine the room and the walls had dents and paint missing, the floor was greasy, there was grime where the walls met the flooring, there was rust on the fridge, the room was noisy, the AC wasn’t working, the tv wouldn’t turn on, there was black mold in the shower, there was no water pressure, I can go on… I went to complain to the front desk and ask for a refund but no one was there. I had to walk around the grounds in search of someone and there was one lady who barely spoke English. The few words I got out of her was that I should come back in the morning and I could get a refund, but he said no.

It's location can't be any better. Literally in middle of all the shops and restaurants by the beach ⛱️. It's clean and has about 9-10 parking spot.

Where to start. The room was not clean, the TV did work, the AC/heater did not work. The bathroom shower door did not close and there was mold in the cracks. The fan in the bathroom did not work. There was no attendant available in the evening. I want a complete refund as this was not a place that should be rented out with all the issues and non working or functional room.

Please don’t book here!! The pictures online of the rooms are very deceiving from what they actually look like we got to the hotel to check in the front desk clerk took my name didn’t even ask for ID he handed us the room key when we entered the room it reeked of weed and there was so much water damage to the walls there were holes in the bathroom door it was so grimey and the beds were as hard as a rock it’s more of a cheap motel the neighbors next to us were using a flat iron to light up their blunt… like it’s just so ghetto we didn’t have a good experience I wouldn’t come here again

From the moment I walked in, front desk staff was not welcoming. Place looks and felt like a motel. Room smell like cigarettes and cleaning product. Ended up staying at another hotel. One star for walking distance to the beach.

We ended up booking a different hotel after we checked in and saw our room. The location is great, but the room photos did not match the photos on the website. The mattresses is paper thing and the room had a musty smell. The door swings out, not in so wasnt anyway to double lock the door.

We had just been on a cruise and was staying 1 night in Fort Lauderdale before going home. The location was great. The room was clean but whatever cleaner or room fresher they used was a bit overwhelming. The courtyard was very nice to sit at night or early morning, just needed to be swept a bit. Staff was very accommodating. We would stay again.

C’est le manque d’entretien de l’établissement. Peinture des murs à refaire. Traces d’humidité excessive au périmètre des fenêtres et salle de bain et odeur d’humidité. Cet hôtel a tout les atouts pour être un excellent établissement car le design de base est bien conçu. De plus il est très bien localisé.
