"The parking was easy. Access to the beach was amazing. I love the fact that it had been renovated. However there was an old coffee and filter in the coffee pot that had mold on it which was an awful thing to see. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the bathroom tub trim was rotten and exposed. Other than that there was enough towels and washcloths shampoo and conditioner was very very small compared to other places I've been to in the past. He did not use the pool however it did look very clean and was super cute. They also had a grill if you want to grill out. They also offered a washer and dryer which was sweet. Oh man hey you unplug me"

"Booked this room when we drive to new symirna beach and our vrbo was occupied. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Newly remolded, super clean, quiet, safe, super nice staff. And we were even more suprised to find out it was an efficiency so we could have our coffee and light breakfast in the room before rushing out the door. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for accommodating us!"

"The property is a historic hotel so I knew to expect that. Even with taking that into consideration it was still very, very cold (even had maintenace come in to look at heater). Breakfast was included, which was great. Cute hotel. Nice staff. Decorated adorably for Chrsitmas. "

"The location is wonderful! Clisecwalking distance to beach. 2 outdoor pools also avaliable. A fenced in area with cabana loungers, cannot reserve though, but if you go down and 'set up' no body bothers your stuff and you dont need a lot of stuff because youre so close to where you stay. The bungalows are excellent, fully equipped with a kitchenette.reasonably priced, even beach towels are provided. Restaraunts, Bars, & Shops are within a few blocks walking abd there is a golf cart rental place as well, in case you dont want drive your car. Highly recommend for just a nice pkace to relax and unwind."

"OPAF! This hotel is a great example of having a prime location and taking full advantage of where it sits in a beach town by overcharging for what I consider to be low-quality accommodations. I’ve paid less for amazing, all-inclusive resorts, with food and drinks included. The rooms are old and outdated, musty and underwhelming. They need to replace a majority of the exterior, including all of the outside fencing around the pool. The breakfast was something I would expect if Motel 6 had a complementary breakfast. If you’re going to overcharge, maybe hold back some of the money from your shareholders and make this property’s value a little more comparable to the price you charge. "
