this place has a ton of potential but is in need of upgrades. I had no problem with the state of disarray until I woke up with bite marks in clusters along my arm (bed bugs likely). New beds and furnishings at a minimum would make this place tolerable.

Giving this property an over all 3 because the staff was very nice and the view was spectacular. We had to book this last minute because our original accommodations were cancelled by the host last minute for no reason. The hotel is very run down and old. It has a lot of potential but the owner doesn’t seem to care about updating or maintaining the property.

The air conditioning did not work. We checked in at 6pm and turned the a/c down to cool the room and left. We got back to the room around 12:30am and the room was still hot. We moved the bed closer to the a/c unit to try and cool off. Once we moved the bed we found food wrappers, baby wipes and dead bugs. The floor looked like it has not been clean in a while. We would walk from the bed to the bathroom and our feet would be black on the bottom. The refrigerator kept nothing cold. The room was absolutely filthy. There was live bugs crawling around. We could not sleep because we felt very uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay for two nights but had to check out in the morning due to a family situation. The only benefit of this stay was that we could walk to the beach due to the motel having beachfront access.

Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the salt water. Nice partial view of the ocean to help the time there. Will never stay there again.

This hotel is uninhabitable, I’m sorry but unsafe doesn’t even begin to explain how horrid the conditions were. Total trash hotel, garbage everywhere druggies and prostitute hang out. Never again, would give 0 stars if it was an option.

We refused to stay due to the condition of the property & room. Unsanitary, unsafe, smell was unbearable, mold, broken doors, broke anc and bugs in the room and the property looked as if it should have been condemned. Total bs with the pictures and promotions of the building. Front desk guy was kinda nice atleast.

The front desk agent was nice, but the room was dirty, only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people for 2 days, asked for more but front desk said they didn’t have any more. Only 1 outlet worked in the bedroom area and it was behind the night stand and falling out of the wall. Sliding door to balcony broken and wouldn’t lock, bed was broken. Stove and refrigerator were dirty, rusted.
