「My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

「From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin...

「Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean....

「The property had a great beach front location and the Boston Fish House across the street was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and worn. There was a musty/mildew smell. Would probably book a different hotel next time.」

「Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. 」

「Midcentury motel that’s seen a lot of hurricanes. Changes in travel tastes have left these mom-n-pop operations behind. The room is clean, quiet, and somewhat randomly appointed. If you absolutely need workout facilities or a free breakfast, go to a chain hotel and pay double or triple. If you want an ocean view and easy beach access, stay here. Note that Volusia County too almost all their parking lot—so if you are the sixth or seventh guest, you may have to pay the county fee just to park in...

「1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. 」
