「The property was nice and so was the staff. I had two issues. 1 was on a chilly night we turned on the heating system and it smelled old. The second was we had 1 roach in our room. Granted I know we were in a southern state but I haven’t seen these things since growing up in the inner cities as a child.」

「First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.」

Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. 「Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov.」

「Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. 「Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.」

「I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...
