「I was so pleased with this stay. The rooms are newly renovated and they did an excellent job on design. Bathroom was great size and the bed comfortable. Everything from the lobby staff to the cleaning staff were awesome. This was a very clean hotel all the way through. Would 100% stay here again」

「This is my second time staying at this resort, and I really like it because of the beautiful views and the indoor pool. I think the property could benefit from better maintenance, as it looks somewhat neglected. The doors appear very dirty, the stairways are dirty and have an unpleasant odor, and the bar area could be improved with fresh paint and better seating. The location is beautiful, but it urgently needs maintenance to match its potential.」

「The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels. The customer service was excellent in helping us extend our stay. We would definitely book again for the price for the service alone.」

My wife is gagging and covering her face walking to our room and can't sleep because that is all she smells. We came here with another family and their room and ours have lots of stains on the pull out couches as well as on the carpet and matress.
