Initially we were notified for one type of renovation, but we ended up seeing other construction/updates that we weren't notified initially. Overall clean and nice staff. I think a 4* hotel should have a couple of more restaurant options or other 4* ammenites」

「The pool was torn apart and the beach view was obstructed by construction being done, I know the work needs to be done but it should be disclosed when you book the room, we were there during bike week so we were busy doing other things, if we would have been there for vacation it would have been a different story 」

Very outdated, Nothing worked, outside was dirty, The minie fridge did not work, cofee pot did not work, toilet seat moved, bathroom door knob broken, the view was awful we asked for belcony and they gave us a room without a belcony. The staf was not helpful all i heard is complain from the front desk women. Will never stay at that awful hotel. 」

「The room is divided into basically 3 sections. A Living/Dining area with one small table, 2 chairs, a small refrigerator and a very small microwave; the bedroom with two night stands and a wall mounted TV; and the bathroom. No coffee maker and there is no continental breakfast so you're on your own there. There is also a reasonably sized closet although no hangers are provided. Take your own shampoo, they only provide soap and towels. No real issues with cleanliness, room and shower both...

「Great room with an ocean view, easy access from second floor parking. Had an issue with our sliding door on our last day. Maintenance came and made it possible to open and close for us to use to enjoy our balcony. We unfortunately did not dine in but the restaurant and bar areas were clean and well maintained from what i could see.I would recommend this hotel to family’s with kids or anyone else that wants to enjoy some quality rest and relaxation. and anyone else that would enjoy some rest...

「Beautiful new pool. Convenient beach access. We had a 10th floor ocean view room which had beautiful beach & intercoastal views. Free self parking. Reasonable breakfast included with your stay. Comfortable king bed. Shower lacked water pressure and the rooms are showing their age. All in all, an excellent stay for the price. So glad this hotel is back to its pre-hurricane condition. 」
