The staff was Great everyone so friendly and ready nice, the ladies at check-in were very accommodating, and helpful!! The property is a little dated but the views were great, and the access to the beach was perfect!! Pool was cold, not heated, the breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but there was only one toaster, for so many ppl. But the rooms were clean, kitchen was clean, will probably be where my Jeep club will stay next year for Jeep beach again!!

Rooms were good size. Free onsite parking. Breakfast was all wrapped items. One ice machine on property and it was broken. Had to call down and pick up bath towels. No change of linens for 5 days.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at El Caribe. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and we especially loved the comfortable beds and the variety of pillows provided. While the property is on the older side, it is great to see the ongoing updates. Every member of your staff, including the maintenance team, was extremely friendly and helpful. We also wanted to share a special mention for the check-in desk team—the ladies were absolutely amazing, and there was a gentleman there who was very funny and made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, and while the grocery store across the street was under renovation, having a Publix just up the road was very convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great staff facility was falling apart and apparently a huge frat party broke all the doors at the facility so you had to slam the doors to get them shut… so slamming doors all day and all night great for relaxing

They are still trying to recover for 3 hurricanes since 2022. Vicky very helpful. No hot breakfasts it had enough choices. Ocean view was good could see and watch from my bed

The tub was rusty, I wouldn’t stick my feet in. The tv didn’t work but maintenance came and got me some channels, then limes ran through so you couldn’t really watch it

The staff at check-in were very friendly. This property is very old and it shows. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything in the room beside us. We could also smell the food they had in the next room. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7:00. No one was there to open the breakfast room at 7:00 or even by 7:30. The pools looked nice and good access to the beach.

Habitacion limpia, solo no llevan toallas diario incluso una vez llegaron a limpiar y le di 2 toallas y le pedi mas y no las llevaron 😞, el cuarto super amplio no se si yo me confundi o la descripcion de la pagina decia 2 camas y sofa cama y eran 4 camas y 4 sofa camas 😂… el edificio necesita que lo mejoren pero la habitacion estuvo bien
