Called ahead of time for a room there was not near elevator or noisy places because we had a dog. We were located right across from the ice machine on the our Our dog bark every time someone came to get ice so we ended up bringing the dog back home And going back. Beach assist from the hotel was closed so you had to jump over concrete fins to get to the beach. First day we were there there was not even shower gel. Also the shower handle came off, took them over an hour to come over our room to fix it. Meanwhile, the water was running. Following day maid it was in the elevator when they were open she said “get in the elevator or get out. I’m not waiting for anyone. I am here to do my job and go home.”
Third day we were there the AC went out didn’t have anyone to fix it at that time so we had to pack all our stuff and move to another room. Their floor we were in there was a bunch of high school kids on supervise. They were loud they were kicked on the door. The following day it was raining, high school kids on supervise being loud in the hallway, slamming doors. We thought we could relax in the room since it was raining, but we couldn’t do it. We ended packing our stuff and going home. We still have one more night to stay. I have to say the front desk people were always super nice and trying to take care of everything.
