「This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.」

「Very nice and cozy feel to this place. Similar to a Bed-n-Breakfast but little bit larger. Staff was great, no issues. Hidden gem. We will be back for sure!」

「This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. 」

The condo was freshly remodeled and really was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. We were there in Jan. so didn't go to the beach so can't comment on supplies for the beach but we did walk to the beach and it was fairly close (not a bad walk at all). The owner was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this unit and would stay...

「I was so happy coming to Florida then I get to my hotel and the rooms were all dirty the dishes in dishwasher all dirty I had to clean before doing anything I am not happy at all」

「The instructions to get key to enter property were completely off. It’s very confusing arriving, no clear entrance, 2 buildings, and the office is in 2nd building. After several attempts to follow the instructions had to call property manager. Luckily we arrived early evening, if it was late it would have been an issue!」
