「The hotel in general is fine it was clean and everything but the attention of the staff who works there is terrible they are rude they disrespect the customers they charged me two kisses the deposit the girl who attended us was very rude spoiled and I don't know how else to describe my experience then the boy was the same so even if it's a good hotel if they continue to hire that staff it's not good I feel much to put my opinion here but I did feel frustrated that day」

「The rooms are so outdated. There was rust all in our bath tub and by the door」

「The Black Dolphin Inn is the best place to stay in NSB. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is 10/10... of course!」

「Staff was amazing Tiffany and shay. Owners were careless. Didnt care one bit our room was falling apart with mold and rust. Heater in pool broken. Our microwave rusted and metal peeling on the inside. Stains. Just not right. You would think talking to the owners they would offer a solution.」
