The view from balcony was great. Older hotel, toilet very low, asked for another room with an ADA toilet. Staff was very nice and got us another room. Went into kitchenette area and saw a huge palmetto bug, Staff, same lady came and killed bug and sweep behind refrig (disposing of a couple other dead bugs. Felt bad for lady at the desk she was very nice. checked out the next morning

had a reservation at your hotel for [reservation dates], but upon arrival, I found the room in unacceptable conditions: for example: cleanliness issues, bad smell, damaged furniture, etc For this reason, I chose not to stay at the hotel and had to find alternative accommodation. I kindly request a full refund since the service provided did not meet the promised standards. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

There is extremely low maintenance yet they have Maintenance on site. Loose faucets, broken door knobs, the patio door didn't open, the door frame falling apart,Dirty tubs and dirty floors the wall in the bathroom peeling the outside balcony walls and railing peeling and the door and hinges rusted out. The entire building was trashed! The people at the front desk were rude. The pool was dirty with bugs and other people's things in it. Absolutely NO Privacy out on the balcony! Large roaches strolling the building. We felt the springs on the bed. EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE this place should be CLOSED and even demolished! We couldn't even go have their Continental breakfast because we didn't think it was safe. Only reason we stayed is because it was my wife's Birthday and we made the best of it but we will NEVER go to this place again. It seriously NEEDS to be CLOSED!

Manque de service, difficile d'avoir des serviettes, planchers très sales. On nous dit que le housekeeping passe chaque jour et ce n'est pas le cas.... Bris de porte, bris de robinet de douche, manque de vaisselle et d'ustensile. Manque de glaces dans les machines.

The first room we stayed in, the bath tub was rusted, the patio door was hard to open due to the rust and the air conditioner was not up to par. The staff was excellent. Shout out to Tracy from maintenance that did his best to help us. The entire property is non smoking which i wouldn't have booked there knowing that. The second room was better, however, as we were going to sit and eat dinner there was a roach crawling on the wall and another the next morning in the bathroom. They did have a nice pool area and bbq area but i would not book here again

The entire experience from start to finish was terrible when we got to the property I stood in the lobby and waited 30 minutes before anyone showed up to check me in she arrives I then go to the room had sewer flies in it the shower glass (door) is only partial so the shower water goes onto the floor the towels we had on Friday when we arrived had rust stains on them the blanket was as thin as the sheet it was awful on Saturday I went to the front to ask for towels and the man told me sorry I am out so we had 4 people in my group and we had no towels to dry off with this night I tried to take my son to the pool to swim and the pool was so dirty completely blurry you could not see the bottom and the sewer flies were terrible out at the pool they had trash and broken pool toys all around the pool also they have a pipe out near the pool that is showing that should not be I'm guessing it also is leaking some nasty fluid out of it and up by the front where you check in is another spot thats leaking brown fluid out onto the ground the lamp in the room was rusty the door to go in and out of the room is so hard to open and close you have to slam it to get it to lock so all night while trying to sleep we got to hear doors being slammed from our neighbors otherwise your door wont lock all in all I will never be back to this place I stay in Daytona a lot and this is by far the worse place I have ever stayed highly do not recommend

This hotel has a great location. The oceanview was amazing. Every staff person we interacted with from front desk, to housekeeping, to the sweet lady stocking breakfast was friendly. It is a bit run down though with beds being a bit worn, walls need painting, and some furniture looks rough. We had 3 rooms, all were much more dated than the online photo. Like most places on the strip, they are in a constant state of hurricane reno. But it was clean and everything worked.

Very dirty place, on the first day we have to go out to buy towels because the towels on the bathroom were full of hair. The place is nothing like the pictures. Monday morning at 8:00 am there was construction at the building, we have to wake up and leave.
