We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach."

"What a good V I B E Ocean’s 11 Suites has. It wasn’t my usual ocean view room I usually get, but it was Magical. The suite was very clean- I had my own parking spot in front of my suite N I C E! It was like a little apartment. Loved all the windows-even in the bathroom. I loved my beach access across the street and all the other things like stores, souvenir shops and and Canaveral National Seashore was about a fifteen min drive down the street. They do not have a front desk but it was ok- communication with Jeremy by phone or text was fine. I will be returning to Ocean’s 11 Suites just L O VE D it. Thank you Jeremy! P H O E N I X"
