"Enjoyed the ocean view , but air conditioner was very loud ! No ports for our cell phone chargers ! Bathroom door didn’t close and bathroom was very small ! "

"Lovely hotel, cabana poolside room. Breakfast at the waffle cafe was charming, ample. Second day shortstaffed. The restaurant was delicious, great service. Did not use the spa facilities, but look forward to another visit. "

"The shower faucet leaking all the time cause water to roll onto the floor . Was there 5 days and maid only came one time. Breakfast said open from 7 to 11. Went at 10:30 and it was closed. View of the beach was nice "

"We absolutely LOVED stayin at the Victoria 1883! Fabiola showed us around the property and herself and her husband have done a beautiful job with it. The rooms are amazing and the staff is so kind. Highly recommend staying here, and getting a drink in the speakeasy! "

"The rooms were well stocked with all the things youd need in an efficiency. Stove (full size) good ac, clean shower, and comfy beds which i was very pleasantly surprised that my back dodnt complain once. The only negative which was a significant inconvenience is that the closet doesnt have a door on it and its a motion activated light so anytime any one gets up to use restroom in nighttime the room is flooded with bright light. This is the only negative thing I could possibly complain about. Everything else was better than expected."

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "
