「前台所有工作人员非常有禮貌，特别是一位叫Angel的香港女員工，值得一赞！分，房間光猛、潔淨、冷氣很好；地點優越，由机場可直接坐Picadailly Line到Leicester Square站再行3分鐘便到酒店！而去Charing Closs地鐵2分鐘內；步行去白金漢宫、大英博物馆和唐人街，也是12-22分鐘，香港人開的酒店，质素一定有保障，下次一定再入住！」

「The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated.」

「They were able to check me in early, at noon rather than having to come back in the evening. My single room was way roomier than I imagined, clean and tidy. They also have a programme where they give you a bit of credit towards the bar or restaurant if you opt to skip housekeeping. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, supermarket across the street, and tons of food options all around. 「I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. 」
