Lovely room and prime location, staff is super nice and kind and very very warm and personal. Lovely sauna and steam room but changing rooms are bit small and need a bit of drainage management. The biggest problem for me personally is the noise outside as it is facing the main road in a busy area and the windows did very little sound filtering - so I couldn’t really sleep the night.

Great hotel! We just had a bad experience with the air conditioning clicking all day and all night. The hotel maintenance person tried to fix it, but the noise continued and became very annoying.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all helpful and polite and accommodating. Spa area was good and the treatments were excellent although the treatment rooms have thin walls so a family shouting in the pool for an hour drowning out the spa calming music was not the most relaxing experience! Would definitely come back to the hotel.

The NYX hotel is located in a great area of London. A one block walk south the Holborn tube station, with buses north, south, east, west, right out front. It’s a very walkable and safe area close to the British Museum. It’s pricey for what you get, and staff are somewhat friendly and somewhat helpful. We were out of the hotel long days exploring London and coming back one late night to cleaning staff having left a big garbage bag that they’d collected and forgot to take with them was disappointing. Also the cleaning staff did something to the sink that day when cleaning that pushed the stopper down where the water didn’t drain and we couldn’t fix it ourselves as the pull wasn’t working. So having to wait 45+ mins for a staff member to come look at it so our kids could brush their teeth before bed when we were all very tired from a long day was also disappointing. It was late and we all needed to go to sleep and not be dealing with that. There was also no urgency from the staff and my husband had to go out and flag someone down. It’s a fine hotel and conveniently located but not worth the price. Also don’t eat there. It was extremely pricey for what you got. We had a dinner there that no one enjoyed or even ate but were billed quite a lot for it, and we had a breakfast buffet on our last morning. The breakfast buffet was ok but not worth the price point and no children’s price. Charged for 4 adults and after conversion back to Canadian $ it was definitely not worth it at all

I had stayed in the area before, so I knew it was a super convenient location with a lot of food options nearby, easy walking to shopping and some sights, and great bus and tube options for traveling across town. This was my first time at NYX, and we really enjoyed it. The decor is fun and funky, the staff is lovely, good facilities in the rooms. Will definitely stay again next visit to London.

サービスは良く、特に不満ありません。ビュッフェのラインナップが、もう少し充実してるとよかったが、味は美味しかったです。部屋と通路がドア一つで隔てられている点と、天井の作りが薄めなのか上の階の部屋の足音が聞こえることがある点で、気になる方はいるかもしれません。

Great location and super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were modern, clean and big. Restaurant had good food. Spa was a great addition but was slightly smelly - like damp.

Room cleaned even though Do Not Disturb on door? Reception staff chewing gum not the welcome I’d expect. No VIP offered. Bed very comfy. Room excellent.

What a wonderful hotel! Truly everything has been thought of, down to the smallest detail, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. Because of my birthday we received nice surprises in the room. Everything radiates attention and class. We love the decorations, the materials and colours used in the interior NYX Hotel London Holborn is really recommended.

Overall i thought this hotel was very good. Only suggestion would be to concider room lay out for standard double rooms. Bedside table both sides would be nice. The bathroom had no towel radiator and the tv was positioned facing mini bar, nowhere near bed. That said, the staff were great. It was clean and comfortable.
