「There were definitely some spots that looked really cool. I just think they could maybe go with the boutique flair a little bit more so that we could get the feel of such a grand old hotel better. the front desk person while very pleasant was not helpful at all as far as telling us where the elevator even was at, what time they had breakfast or about the restaurant. She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that.」

「Only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore all the hotel had to offer, but our stay was excellent! Friendly hotel staff, delicious drinks and food at the restaurant, clean and comfy room! Parking was our only snafu. We parked in an adjacent garage and expected validated parking but turns out it wasn’t affiliated and we hadn’t seen the valet (think busy downtown with limited street parking). Still a wonderful stay at hotel indigo. Bed and pillows were superb.」

「This is a decent stay for the price. The room could have been cleaner, specifically the bathroom. The carpet was damp and sticky as well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.」

「We absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the comfort. We enjoyed practically everything. Our only critique: EXTREMELY loud inside studio 5 when anyone is in the hall (just walking even). So much more noticeably loud than comparable buildings. I’m not sure if this is acoustics or lack of insulation. Regardless, it didn’t ruin our stay just something to improve upon for quality guest experience.」
