「Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. 「The property has been remodeled. They did a nice job. It’s too bad they didn’t spend some extra money on new beds. Very uncomfortable. The staff was mostly friendly. They wouldn’t let us check in 45 minutes early without a $35 charge. Never had a place not let us check in a little early or ask for a fee to do so. The shower amenities, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nicely hanging on the wall in the shower but the conditioner was leaking out, causing the shower pan to be slippery which I...

「Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.」

「Clean room & Lobby. Pro: Quiet area of western KC, Con: Parking lot & surroundings dimly lit, though seemed safe. Across street from the “Hereford House” steak house, is a plus.」

「The gym did not have enough equipment. The room was average, and very humid it was very uncomfortable as far as the humidity. The room was very hard to cool off. The remote had residue on it and needs to be cleaned. Just overall a not so good experience. 」
