「Hotel is Clean . Really nice manager & great service ! 」

「The hotel exterior has weathered since we stayed in 2018. However, the suites did not change and they were in excellent shape. Food and drinks were excellent. Finally, Smathers Beach was disappointing due to the sea weed accumulation. Key West should help in removing so access to water can be obtained by guests.」

「Room we booked was very musty causing us to upgrade for a total cost of $50 a night plus fees. Staff suggested the upgrade before we even saw and smelled the room. I have a compromised immune system making the upgrade a medical necessity. 」

「Writing Extremely disappointing stay, especially considering the premium price. We were unable to sleep in a single morning. One day an alarm went off at 6:19 a.m., and another morning housekeeping staff were rolling carts directly outside our door at 7:29 a.m. on the wooden boardwalk. At night, neighboring guests were loud, gathering on balconies and slamming doors well past 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for our family and teenage children to rest. The food service was equally frustrating....

Has everything you need for intimate location Oceanview is stellar, you can walk right into the ocean and relax with provided chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
