We stayed there for my sisters wedding. First, I'd like to say that the front desk staff was very kind, and helpful whenever I needed something. I also appreciated the free water! We booked the Pool view suite, which was nice. The room itself was clean & spacious, which was nice. I really enjoyed Robbie's service at the Chicken Walk. The food was good as well. I also really enjoyed the resturant on property! Great cocktails (shouout Paulina & George), Great food, and live entertainment. (Shouout Nina) I will say that the layout of the buildings is a bit confusing. The entirety of wedding party had a difficult time getting acclimated to it. Really, my main qualm with this property was the completely lack of house keeping. We stayed there for 4 nights, and didnt get turn down service not once. Also, there were no phones in the rooms either, which made requesting turn down service somewhat of a pain. Apparently, we had to pay for turn down service, which is a bummer considering the price of the stay. 3-nights, $1600...Not a single made bed, or trash receptical emptied. Other than that, the stay was...pleasant.

I can't say anything that I liked about the property except the one excursion I went on. I'm 70. I asked for a single room with the beach view first floor. Lucky me they stuck me on the third floor with no working elevator. When you went down to the office, the people that are down there are pleasant at best. I will never ever stay here again and will tell all my friends not to. I will be riding Expedia. Oh and Beach they claim to have a beach. That's a freaking joke and an outright lie. They don't have a beach unless they call it the piece of sand with two chairs that you had to jump off the wall to get into the water which was roped off with with mounds and mounds of seaweed

The staff was nice, property was clean but it could be a 10 with a little updating. Just walk the resort next door to compare. Raked sand, beach chairs with no rips or sags, furniture not from the 80’s. Master bed was comfortable however sofa bed had cheapest full mattress ever, single mattress cover , king mattress pad then queen sheets . Mattresses cover made the thin mattress curl, it just seemed cheaply like trying to cut too many corners. With the great location beautiful views this place could be a 10 instead a 7.

Arrived at 2am to an empty lobby that remained empty until 3am besides the other guests waiting to check in. I had called at 4pm to inform them of our late arrival, they assured me someone would be there 24/7. When this guy finally shows up he blames it on the front desk person and he has no idea where they are and he was off work at 10pm. But hung around until 2am.. Finally get up into our room and we get put into the wrong one. We are exhausted and head to bed. The next evening we are in our room after being out for the day and someone with a key card ENTERS our room!! We think it’s cleaning people, Nope! It is another set of guest! They go down to the lobby and the same guy that checked us in the night prior comes back up and is like uhh sorry I don’t know what happened with the reservations. We head into the lobby and walked up to the desk and (different guy at the desk, guy from earlier is hiding) Hi! Just want to make sure nobody is going to just walk right into our room again! He was like i’m sorry about that, you guys leave Sunday right? We leave Tuesday. We got issued new keys. What kind of security measures does this place have. All the cameras everywhere, are they even on. How hard is it to pull up a reservation and match them to the right room. Maybe keep your 24/7 lobby actually attended 24/7.. Maybe a little bathroom break, but people waiting for an hour after traveling all day cmon. Also called around 11/11:30pm the day we were coming and was rudely hung up on.

The room size was great, full kitchen and 1.5 baths. Needs updating though...damaged tiles, squeaky doors and dishwasher door. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone but staff was friendly when they answered. Restaurant service and food was great! I asked for a room with a nice view, it was our 10th anniversary...we were overlooking the roof of the restrooms near the Chicken Walk... disappointing but we got the 3rd floor which was nice.

The tavern restaurant was really good and accommodating ! The concierge was nice let you know where to go and wha to do around here. The pool was decent come early for the lawn chairs. The beach area was really little don’t expect it to be big. Chicken walk was a good pool bar. Everything is fairly close from the airport to downtown

It was ok for the a lot of money. Housekeeping was hard to find for extra toiletries, however, front desk responsive. Restaurant on premises was terrible. Chicken walk for lunch is very good. Pool gets crowded. Best person working there is waiter and entertainer Gabriel, he is a true gem!

The hotel was Expensive, and our room was along the busy, noisy road and they also charged a parking fee. There was no elevator and we had to lug suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The room was clean and comfortable.

Shuttle drivers are the best. Wish there was complementary coffee and water. Had a nice stay would stay again

Beach and pool were nice. Shuttle didn’t have room for all residents who wanted to use it. There was no alternative means of transportation.
