This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Centric while vacationing in Key West. The hotel never disappoints. It’s always clean and well maintained. The staff is outgoing and helpful and the location is perfect. It’s walkable to everything in Key West and once we arrive the car stays parked in the onsite parking.

Hyatt Centric was a great choice. We loved the view of the water. It has a very nice pool and pool bar restaurant. There is a small beach area also. We had breakfast at Flamingo's and it was excellent. You can walk to Duval street very easily. We will be back.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spotless. I like the view from our room. I was offered an upgrade. Easy access to ocean and pool. I will stay here again with my family. They have my full recommendation.
