「Check in, we needed to change our room ( we had booked an extra day at the last minute, l am disabled and wanted to stay in the same room all week - if at all possible ) and Regine was so accomodating, called the manager, they went out of their way to help us. Ending up getting a room on the first floor for the week. An unassuming little hotel, but clean, comfortable and a staff that was lovely.
