「Great hotel!」

「I stayed at this hotel late June. I did not know they were doing renovations. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was terrible. Did not look fresh and wasn’t much. There are no food places close by, everything is like 20 minutes away. The thing that bothered me the most was that I checked out a day earlier and was not issued a refund. 2 phone calls in and still no refund.」

「Very nice stay. Staff was helpful but could use extra help to bring extra towels and such to a room if needed. The complimentary breakfast was great and well supplied. Room was efficient for our needs.will stay here again.」

「BEWARE: Unfortunately this hotel is not as advertised. The pictures of the rooms are not comparable to what we stayed in. I regret not taking pictures of our room and the surrounding property. First our AC didn’t work during the July 4th heatwave. 85 degrees by the morning. Because of the heat our toilet was sweating which caused our bathroom floor to be a hazard. There were bugs on the floor and in the garbage can. We did not partake in the breakfast options because we were bothered by...

「Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.」

「Staff was excellent and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Could use some air freshener and clean out dead bugs in the hallway light fixture.」

「I wouldn't recommend this place. We left a day early. Uncomfortable beds, no insulation you can HEAR EVERYTHING. The bathroom had a broken sink and mirror. No one was ever at the ftont desk. 」

「The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

「We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left 」

「The furnitures are too old and a little dirty, and there are so many lights outside of the window, and I can hear the sound outside the room very clearly. But the price is so low, so I can accpet it.」

「I was grateful to have a hot tub in my room but the room had lots of scuffs and scratches and some broken tiles. The hotel is a straight easy drive to the Hershey theme park and the staff was nice. So overall it was a good experience. But the room needed some renovations.」
