「Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. 「It is am extended stay, meaning there are people actively living there. People hanging outside smoking cigarettes. The real issue is coming to a room with used linen. Bed smelled of someone’s perfume… Roaches in one of the rooms. When asked for clean unused linen one of the workers tried to give my aunt the linen to change. She had to ask them to change it for her. Staff is horrible. Stood in the lobby waiting for someone to answer the after hour check in line. The phone just rang. Sat...

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. 」

「It was difficult to find my room because there were two buildings and the staff didn’t tell me which one it was in. The scrambled eggs were good, but hot food wasn’t out for breakfast half the mornings making breakfast inconsistent.」

「Breakfast fruit and waffles were good. Shower head needs to be higher. Even average height individuals would find it challenging to stand “under” the shower head.」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」
