「The staff is always very friendly and courteous!」

「The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.」

「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

「We simply slept after our New Year’s Eve outing, ate a quick breakfast and checked out. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very good, compare to other hotels we have eaten at. Thank you. 」
