「We went to Hershey for dance nationals. We were close to the venue and everything we needed. The staff was so nice and very sweet to my children. We had the suite and the room was a perfect amount of space for a week. My children loved the breakfast, we did not enjoy the coffee but went out daily to get coffee which was right up the road. In the pool area there was an outdoor patio where we had dinner a few nights. We had a great time and would stay there again if we go back to Hershey, PA」
"Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.
