It is very convenient to Hershey Medical Center, but if you are going to the Hershey Park or Zoo America, you will have to drive about 5 min. I would definitely stay there again."

"The first thing that greeted us was the outside garbage container overflowing with garbage. Cleaning service personnel vaping as I walked by. The hallway carpeting was in great need to be vacuumed. "

"Our room was very tastefully decorated, with period furniture. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was very delicious! We also really liked the game room upstairs, and the pool table room downstairs. We would gladly return to this property for another celebration!"

"When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate."
