「Room was a good size, linen were nice, had a microwave, very good refrigerator, ac. The office will provide ice when ever is need it.
But the faucet for the tub and sink they should be updated and be more detailed on the cleaning part. Once in a while if the room is empty let the door open that way bad humid smell can go away . Can also buy from bath and body plug in fragance that might help.But overall was perfect for the price. And close to restaurants and grocery store.」
「The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.」
"Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.
