「False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.」

「The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.」

「Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel.」

「4 people working at the counter, the older woman with glasses did not like the appearance of me and my daughter. I paid for a non smoking room in my reservation and we still got thrown into a smoking room. breakfast waffle maker did not work, it wasn’t a good experience. the Hispanic gentleman that worked at the counter was the coolest one there. the people want nothing to do with you if you have melanin in your skin.」

「The pool was advertised, but not open. Missing more than half of light bulbs. Shower water pressure non-existent 」

「After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.」

「The furnitures are too old and a little dirty, and there are so many lights outside of the window, and I can hear the sound outside the room very clearly. But the price is so low, so I can accpet it.」

「This place wasn't bad for a one night stay, we did find cockroaches the next morning and dead bedbugs. There was no one at the front desk when I got there around 8:30pm. There was only 1 tiny trash can inside the room. It wasn't horrible but not the best either. Customer service could have been a little bit better. Nick the night manager was nice.」
