「When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

「Close to Hershey Park and market 」

「洗澡的水流较小，冰箱是坏的。我的晚上买的牛奶早上全坏了。其它的都可以接受。服务真的非常好。前台超级热情。」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse.」

「The room was nice and clean, looks like they are doing some loving care to the place. Heat worked great. Only issue we had was we could t connect to the wifi. I was going to ask about it but did t want to bother anyone. And we were only there for the night. 」
