「Super clean, such a lovely place. Would stay there again」

「Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. 」

「Through no fault of the property, there was a kids soccer tournament. There was trash left by children in the hallway, a lot of noise, etc. We weren't at the hotel much during the day but the room was cleaned when we got back. The front desk attendant was very nice. With the amount of people for breakfast, there wasn't very much left by 9:00 am and not restocked.」

「When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

「 Very nice affordable hotel with very friendly staff! Was very touched when they call me about my tooth brush which I forgot at the hotel. And they send it to my home! 」

「I loved the minimal contact with the option to text or call for assistance. When texting, the respond quickly and ensure all the amenities are accessible. The bathroom was super clean which is a priority especially when traveling with little ones. Also loved the keyless methods with codes provided upon check-in. I would definitely rebook when back in the area.」
