Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience. The room had a persistent bad smell, and the bedding was not as clean as I would have expected. The service left a lot to be desired, with staff members seeming uninterested in helping. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with limited options and quality that did not meet expectations. Additionally, the bathroom size was smaller than anticipated. I hope the hotel can take these comments into consideration to improve their guests' experiences in the future

This is a great property and the only one with an outdoor pool which was open til 10pm which was a big plus for my kids! The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a cold breakfast buffet (bagels, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal bags, muffins, milk & juice.) The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable for both my husband and I and we are total opposites when it comes to bed comfort. Our room did have a broken lock and a big (looked like an) ink stain in the bathtub. They do need to vacuum the hallway carpets more often and the AC wasn’t great in our room. The first night we set it to 70 and it was too cold. The second night we set it to 71 and it was too hot. I kept waking up every hour to try and regulate the temperature both nights. Overall, a pleasant stay and so close to Hershey. Will definitely return!

Everyone exhibited a friendly demeanor. However, the carpets in the hallways were severely soiled and emitted a strong unpleasant odor. The mattresses on the beds were in urgent need of replacement. The proximity to the road resulted in significant noise disturbances, making it challenging to sleep. Each morning, an excessive amount of shock treatment was added to the pool. It would be beneficial to investigate more effective methods for pool maintenance beyond simply adding chlorine in the morning, which is then neutralized by sunlight. The pool's design at the bottom was aesthetically pleasing, although visibility was compromised due to the cloudy water. Unfortunately, the hot tub was inoperable. A more varied breakfast selection, beyond bagels, would be appreciated.

The management at this location was not very helpful or concerned while in the room my mom took a spill and fell. Spent time at Hershey medical center. The manager was not concerned and did not take a report or even talked to her to know her side. Not at all concerned and we are not happy with this hotel. Unfortunately we will not stay at any Hiltons as it seems they do not care about their patrons. This is why they are not a great place to stay

Very clean rooms and common areaandvery nice staff. Didnt realize there was no elevator and the breakfast was mostly just bagels and cereal, no hot selections but thats not a big deal for us so would stay again :-)

It served its purpose -somewhere clean for us to rest our head after a day at the park . The front desk staff was very friendly . Our room was really clean . The hotel in general was clean . Breakfast was just the bagels , hard boiled eggs , muffins , fruit , cereal , and yogurt. That was enough to hold us over until lunchtime. Only thing they didn’t have was an elevator and working pool .
